All the products on this website are warranted for one year for any manufacturing defects.

American Express for online orders through PayPal Secure Socket Layer (SSL) (our payment processor).
You may also email us the order with shipping address & phone number, we will call you for credit card transaction, or call us Toll Free 1-877-999-1198 &
leave us your phone number, Payments can also be wired into our bank directly, for customers looking for later deliveries we can reserve the products with
30% deposit and charge the balance on dispatch ( they will be covered for all the promotions and discounts till delivery date, if that product goes on special ) If
you pay by personal check, your order will be shipped after your funds have been cleared into our bank account.

Shipping Calculations:
To find out the rates on each model click on the image of the chair, then select the color (option in some models) and Add to Cart, it will take you to Shopping
Cart Page, here you can input your quantity, it will give you the shipping cost according to model & price, from here you can either cancel the transaction or
proceed, shopping cart calculates the price of each chair ( not as set ).

Shipping Time frame
( All the orders are shipped from our warehouse Located at Hwy 401 & Hwy 10 in Mississauga, Ontario)
Typically smaller orders can ship immediately after payment for any items that we have in stock. You should receive your product within 3 -9 business days
depending upon where you are in North America. Worldwide orders can take 2-3 weeks again depending upon location.
Stock availability :
Some products may be back ordered and will not be available for immediate shipping,

Shipping Damage:
Inspect the boxes & chairs when you receive them. If you see a damaged box, request to open the box while taking delivery. Make a note on delivery receipt. If
the chairs are damaged, refuse to accept the damaged chair, keeping rest of chairs with you. E-mail us the details with picture of the damage. We will send
the replacement ASAP, If the damage is not reported on delivery receipt, customer has to pay the shipping charges for replacement,
Delivery: all deliveries charged are curbside only, inside delivery charges are extra and customer has to pay these charges to shipping company.
Service issue:
All service related issues including exchange, kindly email at service@artefac.com , Toll free number is for sales calls only.
Return policy: You need to pay for regular shipping both ways if you decide to send them back. Time frame: within 3 days from the day you receive the chairs,
you need to inform us about returning the chairs, Chairs on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged for minor damage or imperfection, they will be still
replaced if damaged in shipping, We don't have one month return policy because we don't want any other customer getting used chairs, large orders 8 or
more chairs, 30% cancellation fee will apply with shipping charge both ways, special orders chairs for restaurant cannot be cancelled or replaced, leather color
may vary for special orders because of new batch, products returned without taking deliver with be charged restocking fee plus regular shipping both ways.
Pickup of products: Kindly pickup the products after inspecting them, any claim for damage or imperfection will not be accepted, any claim for damage or
imperfection will not be accepted, pickup items cannot be cancelled or exchanged.<
